1.   Marketing Executives (MKTG-01) (>8 years experience) - 2 Positions - 1 for Delhi & 1 for Mumbai  
   

   Experience in Engineering Consulting or EPC Company with focus on Chemical/Process & Power Industries. Should be graduate/post graduate in Mechanical/Chemical engineering with sound knowledge of Processes like Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, and Chemical Industries, power plants etc. 

   Of the total exposure  a large part should be in Project marketing ( part or whole or upgradation /renovation /de bottlenecking of plants)

   Commercial knowledge as well as skill  in Marketing, proposal making, pre-qualification and Business Development will be key factor. Knowledge of marketing in the Middle East region will be an added advantage. Must be well versed in using  Excel, Word and Power Point.



2.   Project Engineer (PE-01) (7 to 10 years exp.) - 2 Positions for Delhi for Power/Cement/Chemical Projects  
   

   Candidate should be graduate in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in Project Planning, scheduling, Engineering coordination, construction management, liaison with Package vendors & client, Progress monitoring, reporting etc. Similar experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, cement and Power projects preferably in consulting engineering or EPC Company is essential. Familiarity with computer based project management software like Primavera; M S Projects will be an added advantage. Pleasant personality with good written & verbal communication skills are essential.



3.   Electrical Engineer  (ELEC-01)  (10-20 years experience) - 1 Position for Delhi  
   

   Candidate should be a graduate Electrical Engineer and should have experience in design and detailed engineering activities related to Chemical Process Plants including preparation of single line diagrams, power, earthing and lighting layouts, Hazard area classifications, cable schedules for both HT & LT systems, specifying electrical equipments including captive power generation plants, and defining electrical control systems. Specific experience in engineering consultancy organization or with EPC Company with substation, generator engineering will be essential. Knowledge of Codes, Standards & computer based softwares will be required. Experience in Power projects with knowledge of generator and sub station engineering will be an added qualification.Must have knowledge of working in ETAP software.Must be capable of leading a group of engineers and guiding them to meet deliverables.



4.   Instrumentation Engineer (INST-01) (3 to 5 years) - 1 Position for Delhi  
   

   Candidate should be a graduate in Instrumentation/Electronic Engineering and should have experience in the field of detailed engineering of instrumentation and control systems for the process industry , thermal power stations  including review of P&I diagrams, instrument selection and preparation of

   1. Instrument Index
   2. Loop Schematics
   3. Instrument data sheets
   4. I/O list
   5. Logic diagrams

   Must have knowledge of selection / sizing of field and control room instrumentation e.g. control valves, gauges,flow meters DCS, PLC systems etc. Should be familiar with Hazardous area classification. Must know intrinsic safety concept Specific experience in engineering consultancy organization/EPC Companies will be essential.   Knowledge of relevant Codes, Standards & computer based softwares such as Intools required.



5.  PDS administrator (PDS-01)(7 to 10 years experience) - 1 Position for Delhi  
   

   Candidates should be graduates or Diploma in engineering . He should be conversant with administration of PDS (Intergraph) which include PD-Project, PD-Design, PD-Equip, PD-Iso, PD-Report, PD-Draw, PD-Data, Frame works, Electrical raceway, Smart plant review, Pelica n forge, Support modular, Edison, Material data publisher, RIS, EDEN Programming, Isogen, Orthogen, Micro station, Relation Database management using SQL.

   He should be Proficient in System hardware and Software Upgrading, Configurising and installation on Windows XP/Windows NT LAN/WAN Setup and administration including network Printing and Plotting Configuration required for smooth operation of PDS.

   He should be conversant in application, setup and trouble-shooting, Developing standard library, Customization, Users support & training,
   

   Managing data exchanges with downstream & upstream applications.
   
   He should have knowledge of Piping detailing of Chemical and other Process Plants.
   


6.   Civil & Structural Engineer (CVLSTRL-01) (15 to 25yrs experience) - 1 Position for Delhi  
   

   Candidates should be civil engineering graduates and should have experience in design, detail engineering, estimation, tendering work for RCC, and structural steel works for industrial structures. Knowledge of design software like STAAD Pro for  structural analysis for industrial structures is essential.Design experience of high rise structures, machine foundations dynamic analyses, pile foundation and other design aid tool like ETAB, X-steel and acquaintance with CAD drafting tool is desirable. Knowledge of International and national codes and standards is essential. Understanding of Chemical/Fertiliser/Power Plant engineering intra-department  coordination is important.  Should be able to lead a group of engineers to meet deliverables.Should have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with external clients. We expect the incumbent to take over as department head in a year or two.

   Specific experience in engineering consultancy organizations / LSTK contractors with a proven track record will be preferable.



7.   Machinery Engineers (MC-01) (15 to 20) - 1 Position for Delhi  
   

   Candidates should be Mechanical Engineering Graduates having adequate work  experience with  Engineering Consultancy or EPC companies for preparing  engineering specifications/selection of Package items like boilers, turbines, cooling towers, bulk material handling systems & rotating equipments like Pumps, Blowers, Fans, Compressors, etc.  Should have worked in Engineering consulting or EPC companies. Knowledge of relevant Codes & Standards is essential. Must be well versed in using Excel and Word.Should be capable of guiding engineers to meet deliverables. Excellent communication skills are required to enable deal with clients, intra company departments and carry his juniors. We expect the incumbent to take over as department head in a year or two.



8.   Vessels / Static Equipment Engineers (VSL-01) (3 to 5 years experience) - 1 Position for Delhi  
   

   Candidate should be Mechanical Engineering Graduate and should have experience in design/engineering of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other static Equipment.  Should have worked in Engineering consulting or EPC companies. Knowledge of relevant Codes & Standards is essential. Should be familiar with design softwares for Static equipment.Must be well versed in using softwares PV Elite and Microrprotol. Knowledge of other softwares  eg TANKS and NOZZLEPRO will be an added advantage.



9.   Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC-01) (5 to 10 years experience) - 1 Position for Delhi  
   

   Candidates should be Mechanical / Electrical  Engineers   Graduate / Diploma holders and should have experience in QA/QC activities for Cement / Thermal Power Project and have exposure to inspection of bought -outs,  Construction  site  QA/QC activities Preference to those who have worked in Engineering consulting or EPC companies. Mechanical engineers should have ASNT level-II certificates in at least RT and PT. and be well versed with approval of WPS, PQR and WPQ involving various welding processes.Thorough knowledge of Quality management system requirements (ISO-9001) is essential. Experience in handling third party inspection agencies & internal auditing of QMS will be preferred. Thorough knowledge of relevant codes and standards required. Must be well versed in using Excel and Word



10.   Construction  Safety Engineers for  various project sites - 1 position  
    

    Candidate should be  Engineering diploma holders or graduate engineers in any discipline  with at least one year certification course in Industrial safety from a recognized Institute Candidates should have  minimum 5 years experience of handling construction safety management in industrial construction sites. Must be familiar with safety codes and regulations and knowledgeable about Personal protective equipment and their use. Other skill sets desired include  but are not limited to the following

    1. Providing safety training to the sub contractors staff
    2. Safety inspection and audits including accident / near miss investigations & reporting of same
    3. Reporting of safety statistics
    4. Experience in making heavy lift  plans, safety procedures, job safety analysis is desired.
       
    Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in a cement project / Thermal Power Projects.
    Should be well versed in using Excel and Word.
